Dale Bannon is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 20 years of executive experience. Currently serving as the National Community Relations and Development Director for The Salvation Army, Dale oversees innovative digital fundraising strategies, corporate partnerships, emergency disaster response and communications efforts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in organizational leadership, and a doctorate in executive leadership from the University of Charleston, where he was named a Dr. George E. Walker Fellow in 2015.

01. Marc Belton – If you like Cheerios, Nature Valley bars, or Yoplait yogurt, that could be because Marc Belton convinced you to give your favorite General Mills product a try. Marc finished his distinguished 32-year career at General Mills as Executive Vice President of Global Strategy, Growth, Marketing Innovation and New Business Development. He now leads his consulting firm, Wisefellows Consulting. He is married to his wife, Alicia. They have two children, Alexander and Gabrielle. Marc also serves as the Chairman of The Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board.

02. Anil Kapoor – Anil Kapoor is one of the members of the Salvation Army’s incoming 2025 Class to its National Advisory Board. Anil is the Mid-West ADP executive for the Advisor Development Program at Merrill Wealth Management and previously served as National Echelon Leadership Council Chair. In this conversation, Anil talks about his work and how he became involved with The Salvation Army. He also shares about the purpose of Echelon and how it exists to advance The Salvation Army’s vital mission.
